Welcome, Philip Harris

Readers….

This week, and the last, have been a BUMPY, BUMPY, BUMPY ride, and you all have my sincerest apologies. I am truly trying to give each and every author time that is due to them and have now decided I will be these reviews and blog posts now on several sites, not just SOCHTHENEWSOFDALLAS.COM I am now going to be posting on several blog sites that I am playing with. I will see which one works the best, which one is the most like by you, the reader, easiest to use, etc., so feel free for next few days to please reach out to me and let me know which site you like the best, easiest to navigate, etc… This is ALL new to me and I am trying to make it as professional as I can! I want to build a lifelong friendship as well as professional relationship with authors I have read and loved, and it is a burden of love at the moment. PLEASE take a moment to like my post, share them on your own site, get the word out about these books and authors! Here are the links to all the sites I am temporarily hosting the blog on:

So…. As to my blog today, Wednesday the 22, I am introducing Philip Harris.

He was born in England, now lives in Canada, where he works for a large video game developer. Not content with creating imaginary worlds for a living, he spends his spare time indulging his love of writing. His published books include The Girl in the City Trilogy as well as homage to the old pulp science fiction serials – Glitch Mitchell and the Unseen Planet. His short fiction has appeared in numerous anthologies and magazines including The Jurassic Chronicles, Bones, Uncommon Minds, The Anthology of European SF, and Peeping Tom. He has also worked as security for Darth Vader. You can find more details of his work and his blog at: http:// http://www.solitarymindset.com

The Girl in the City is a really good read! It is the first book in a trilogy, all three books are on offer for 99c at the moment.  The link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00SEVP6ME

Philip also has a website and blog you can visit, it is nice! http://www.solitarymindset.com

Philip has graciously agreed to give up a copy to one lucky winner! Email me for the details! When I asked Philip what he is up to these days, here is his response: “I’m in the middle of writing the first three books of a post-apocalyptic zombie series. The first two books have been edited; I’m just wrapping up the third ready to send to my editor. Once that is done, I’ll be starting the fourth ready to start releasing the series in a few months.” So there you have it, we are about to be blessed with the birth of another zombie series and since Philip is writing it, I cannot wait to read it! Philip really is a talented writer and even though I have only read a few of his books, they were so well written that I just have to spread the word about him, he is right up there with Lee Child and Harlan Corbin, writing-style wise! Give his work a chance!

That is it for today. Please, do not forget to drop me a line and let me know which site you prefer, for WHATEVER reason. I need to know and thanks for taking time to visit the sites as well as the authors!
